The demo isn’t set up yet

Make the demo org and an API key in the dashboard, then run pnpm --filter @synq/demo setup --write apps/demo/.env.local with SYNQ_API_URL, SYNQ_DEMO_SETUP_KEY and SYNQ_APP_URL.
